Reflexology

Reflexology is a specialized segment of therapeutic bodywork targeting
specific points on the soles of the feet and palms of the hands.

The basis for Reflexology is that the feet and hands contain specific reflex
points that correspond to other body parts, including the spine, internal organs,
digestive and lymphatic systems.

The therapist applies strokes with the thumb and/or fingers using a lubricant
that provides maximum control. Appropriate reflex points are treated with
light to moderate pressure to stimulate the body’s systems and functions
that are otherwise inaccessible through conventional massage
therapy techniques.

Many clients report improved digestive function, a reduction in sinus
pressure and associated headaches, improved urinary track health as well as
enhanced immune function and overall relaxation.
